Pricing + Budget
We offer three incredible wedding packages that all were designed to meet a variety of wedding day needs that we feel are essential for a seamless + successful wedding day. Our Princess Pearl - Coordination package has the main components included that starts at $3,500. On average, our couples spend $60K - $80K for their full wedding experience. Although this is our average, we have executed weddings anywhere from $30K to $100K or more!
Website + RSVP Management
When hiring the Haley Nyal Events team, we recommend you create a website for your guests to see the many details included in your wedding day. This gives your guest information that includes your registry, hotel accommodations nearby, RSVP links, and more. Although our services do not include website + rsvp management, we can however add on website revision services to accommodate these needs.

Working with us means getting the opportunity to work with our highly recommended vendors in the community. We have a list of over 100 different vendors we LOVE + APPRECIATE! Each vendor on our list has worked with our team, knows the expectations we hold for each wedding, + makes your wedding experience that much more enjoyable.

We value the relationships we have built + are excited for the new ones we get to meet. Haley Nyal Events is an inclusive wedding planning business that is always seeking ways to grow. If you have already booked with your venue, photographer, videographer, catering team, etc - we will happily introduce our team and share all the details as we plan your big day. If you have not booked with any vendors, we got you covered!
Booking
Our books fill out at least a year in advance! We only take so many weddings each year to make sure our team can successfully create your vision in the best possible way. Our busy season begins in April and ends in October with a heavy load each year during the fall months. We suggest connecting with our team earlier rather than later to secure your date + our expertise throughout the wedding process. Our goal is to be your "go-to" gals every step of the way!

As a little girl I always loved to host - from extravagant birthday party themes to bringing family + friends together to celebrate all of life's adventures. I am here to tell you; my dreams came true! Haley Nyal Events began in 2020, my goal was to make an impact in the wedding industry + bring joy to couples as they embark on their journey planning their one-of-a-kind wedding day. We have now executed countless weddings, been nominated twice for Best Wedding Planner in the Style Magazine, won #3 Best Wedding Planner in 2022 and won #1 Best Wedding Planner in 2023 for the Folsom/ El Dorado Hills Region of Sacramento.
