Before the Big Day
Karly + Troy reached out to us for wedding planning + coordination services back in July of 2022 and within minutes we fell in love with them. We connected at a local coffee shop in Sacramento called Temple and really got to dive deeper into their relationship + learned how to best guide them in the process. Karly was organized and knew exactly what she wanted when it came to wedding planning, which was a plus working alongside them. We began our takeover in February of 2023 where Karly met with Haley, the owner of Haley Nyal Events, at Le Reve Estate to put the pieces together and shared her vision for the flow of the day. Our team then took it in our own hands to connect with each vendor to make sure everyone was on the same page + executed a flawless wedding. It was truly such a success! The Morning of the Wedding -
Our bride Karly romanticized the getting ready process in an elegant pearl robe with her bridesmaids all in matching pj's that incorporated her wedding day color scheme. Vanessa Luna Makeup + Bridal Hair by Whitney were the perfect glam team to make sure all the ladies felt beautiful for this special day. We absolutely loved that Karly set aside time to eat in the morning which made for some really cute getting ready shots by our photographer, Selena De La Torre Photography. After everyone was ready, it was time to reveal Karly in her wedding gown. As you can see, her bridesmaids were in awe as Karly revealed her final look. Troy came to Le Reve Estate a bit later in the morning to get ready with the help of his mother, Patti + best man, Brady. We could tell he was eager and excited to see his soon to be wife during this time!
The First Look - A Father Daughter Moment
One moment that Karly really wanted to experience was a first look with her father. This one had us in tears. Karly got to take a moment to be with her father, Jeff, and soak in all the happy tears before he walked her down the aisle. Karly's first look with her father was one of the many heartwarming highlights of their wedding day.
The Intimate Ceremony
Right before the ceremony we experienced a slight sprinkle of rain in the air, but as soon we got the bridal party lined up the clouds went away and left for a beautiful garden ceremony so bright. A true blessing if you ask us! We proceeded with an unplugged ceremony, officiated by Katelyn Kettmann, to encourage guests to be in the moment + leave the responsibility of capturing the ceremony to the talented professionals they had hired. Our amazing floral designer, Flowers by Jordan Marie, presented us with an abundance of colorful floral arrangements throughout the wedding. Karly wanted the aisle arrangements to make the ceremony feel as if you were in a garden fairytale, very natural and whimsical. Jordan gave us exactly that and more! In addition to the breathtaking aisle arrangements the floral arch for the altar made for the most gorgeous centerpiece for Karly + Troy as they exchanged rings and shared their vows to one another. After a couple of dips + kisses, Karly + Troy wrapped up the ceremony with a celebratory drink!
Cocktail Hour
Our team escorted guests over to the cocktail barn where they could enjoy some wonderful signature drinks poured by Ol' Blue Crafts + Brews + a lovely grazing table prepared by Regina Pizza Catering. Karly + Troy used this time to gather with their family to take some group photos and even made time for some fun bridal party group photos as well! Once those were complete, they made their way over to the reception barn for their room reveal. This was a moment for Karly + Troy to view their reception space before guests entered for dinner, it was so exciting to be able to create their vision and have them be in awe of the space.
Dinner + Dancing
This portion of the night kicked off with a super fun grand entrance from our newlyweds, their wedding party, and of course the one and only ring bearer, Isaiah. Everyone busted out their best dance moves to bring up the energy and get the party started! Karly + Troy table touched and indulged in brick-oven pizza baked on site from Regina Pizza Catering. After dinner, came toasts which filled the evening with more heartwarming highlights from the couple's parents, maid of honor, and best man!! Cake cutting was short and sweet featuring adorable little figurines of Karly + Troy's fur babies. The father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, and Karly + Troy's first dance had the whole room teary eyed (including us). Though, the mood switched over from sentimental to party time very quickly as open dance began! Karly + Troy prepared some fun grow sticks for their guests to enjoy while dancing the night away!

We loved their attention to detail and fun-spirits throughout the planning process and worked extremely well with us to curate a wedding that reflected their personalities perfectly.
